Art, Art and EVEN MORE ART!!!!!

One of the many presents I opened on Christmas morning was a sketchpad. A wonderful 100 page sketchpad. Something I’ve wanted for a long time. And my want was filled. Now I’ve been drawing. And drawing. And drawing. Not many pictures. Few pictures done in many minutes. Some I spent more than an hour on. Others more than two hours.

You’re like WHAT?!?!?!?!

I’m like: YES!!!!!!!!

Some of the pictures I was very happy that they turned out. Others I was happy that I even completed, but not so happy that they looked awful. Okay, I’ve made it sound like I’ve drawn many pictures. Actually….I’ve only drawn three. Yes, I said three. The first one, I spent around two hours drawing, although it doesn’t really look like it. The second, I spent quite a long time on and it turned out really really good! The third….well, the third is one of those ones that I’m just thankful I completed.

You’re probably thinking, “SHOW THEM TO ME ALREADY!!!!”

I’ll do just that. I’ll show them to you, with my head held high, my chest puffed out, and….well…..you get the picture.

HAHA! That was like an unintended pun. You don’t get the picture yet, because I haven’t added it to the post yet! HAHAHA! Yeah…that was lame.

Here’s the pictures:

I am proud to say that I drew this. I drew it while looking at a picture of the guy on my calendar. His face doesn’t really look like Dave’s, but I’m just happy his face looks proportional. The colors worked well, and the logo took FOREVER, as did the skates, which still aren’t in full proportion, although the coloring does look fairly like his. :D Actually, the blue looking color on his uniform is not blue! It’s gray, which turned out to fit the color perfectly. Alright, alright, I’ve bragged enough about this picture. Time for the next one.

This….is Daffy Duck. WAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I figured out how to rotate the picture after years of trying….well months…..anywho, this picture turned out really well, I was really surprised. I was really scared that the head wouldn’t turn out. I drew everything, including the beak or bill…or whatever you call it, except for the top of his head. (The eyes, and the black part…etc.. etc..) It looked really really good and I started panicking when I started drawing the other part. Haha, if you look REALLY hard at this picture, you can see the next picture under him.

Normally I would say at this time, the last but not least. Not true. It is last. And the least. So….without further ado:

TWEETY BIRD!!!!!!!

The biggest mistake in this picture was the cheeks. If I didn’t have trouble with the cheeks, the picture would look better than it does. WHY DOES TWEETY HAVE TO HAVE CHEEKS??!!?!??!!!??? Okay, so it didn’t turn out THAT bad…., but I was a little unhappy with the outcome, figuring that I spent about 45 minutes on the picture.

I finished all my SAIL homework this morning, so I haven’t had school the whole rest of the day, because I put off my math until about three o’clock, which is an extremely stupid theory, but hey, at least it still gets done. So…my day was spent drawing Daffy and Tweety; I drew Dave Steckel last night.

Don’t worry, I ate and I took the dog out. No problems there.

I still haven’t had any good food to take pictures of, so therefore I haven’t had a chance to take pictures of food yet. I will take pictures of my foosball table though. When I finally decided that I need to get out of my laziness and put on a coat. (The foosball table is in the garage by the way, the basement is too messy to put it down there for now.) Actually, now that I’m day dreaming about taking pictures of the foosball table, I think it’s time that I head out there to take pictures. Haha.

Overwhelming Heat

Today has been such a bad day.

To start it all off, at 6:30 or earlier, I had an asthma attack. I was coughing and couldn’t breath too well. I knew that I needed to get my inhaler, which was in my bag downstairs. I climbed out of bed, only to realize that I couldn’t stand up so well. I felt extremely dizzy and didn’t want to walk all the way down the hallway and attempt to go downstairs, get the inhaler and come back up, so I didn’t. I crawled back into bed and coughed and coughed and coughed. I tried to call out to mom, so she could go get my inhaler, but as I couldn’t breath that well, I couldn’t get enough air to talk. Finally, after a long period of trying to catch my breath, I started breathing better and the coughing calmed down. I was exhausted. I fell asleep.

Then, twenty-five minutes later, I awoke, so I could get ready for church, when I realized I didn’t feel all that well. In a few minutes mom came into my room and stated, “You don’t look very good.” She felt my forehead and said, “Honey, I think you have a fever.” She departed, to find the thermometer, and I stayed put, lying in my bed. When she returned, she stuck the thermometer into my mouth. I had a 103.9 fever. Not good. Mom insisted on taking me into the ER, but I refused. Out of all the things in the world that I hate the most, going to the ER is one of them. I lay in bed, after taking Advil. Although I didn’t get to church, I got some rest and watched a bunch of movies. I watched: A Christmas Carol (Disney), How To Train Your Dragon (DreamWorks), Because of Winn-Dixie, and Beauty and the Beast twice. I love all those movies, except for Winn-Dixie. I don’t like that movie very much. Now, I am typing this up.

To top it all off, tomorrow my family and I are leaving for Ohio for a few days to visit family. We do this once a year and all stay at this lodge. Now..since I have a fever, I can’t go….:( So I’m staying here with my dad, because he has to work, while mom, Zechariah and Lucas leave for Ohio. WAH!!!!

I did get some interesting Christmas presents though, so maybe I can use some of those to entertain myself…sort of….

I got two shirts, a pair of Puma tennis shoes, a pair of flip-flops I’ve been wanting for a while, a new sketchpad, a Webkinz (an adorable moose that I named Spritz), two boxes of jelly beans, a pack of silly bands, a wood burning kit (which is a slight joke), a calendar, a new journal, a drawing, new guitar picks, two books (Reckless by Cornelia Funke and Hood by Lawhead…hehe, I don’t remember his first name…), two gift cards (iTunes and Books A Million), a deck of cards, an white knit hat with a bill, and then some family presents (which consist of Wii games and movies), oh! and I got an ornament. Zechariah, Lucas and I all get ornaments every Christmas. This year mine was Pooh and Piglet. :D I was happy with it. :D

If there’s anything else I got, I’m sorry because I can’t remember it, but if I do, then I will tell you! OH! I remembered something. I got a Stellar Kart CD. :D

Yep, so that’s my Christmas. :)

I just thought that I would post some of my drawings that I did and a picture that I took of the Skins stadium. :p

You can see how many empty seats there are in this picture. It was crazy. :p

I drew this picture during church one week. (And yes I was paying attention to the sermon.)

Harry catching his first Snitch. Yes, I should’ve actually had him wearing a Quidditch uniform, but I drew a whole series of Harry pictures and I had him wearing the same outfit everytime. And you can’t see his scar in this picture.

So sorry for these next few…I’m still working out how to rotate pictures on my computer. :D This is of Harry in the first book trasfiguring the beetle into the button.

This is Malfoy. :p Yeah, I did all the outfits the same the pants different on certain people, but the sweatshirts colored by house. :D

I don’t know why I did his pocket black in this one. :p Here Harry is in the Gryffindor common room with Hedwig. Can’t wait until the new movie!
